Abstract

Art. 2 lists the various types of internal work permits issued by the Ministry of Labour. According to the provisions of this article, employers may not hire a national or non-national resident of the country before obtaining one of these permits.
The Minister shall issue a decision specifying the cases in which and the conditions and regulations for issuing a work permit for non-nationals without abiding by rule requiring the lapse of six months. This decision repeals Council of Ministers Decision No. 18 of 2005. |
