Abstract
|

This circular defines the terms and conditions for the employment of foreign worker on missions. Missions are defines as the process of completion of a specific job or project, which takes no more than six months (Art. 1).
Mission permits are only granted to establishments working in the petrol and energy sectors or any other establishments specified by the Minister (Art. 2). The contract duration shall be three months, renewable for a similar period and it shall be valid from the date of the worker’s entry into the country. The worker may not be put on probation (Art 5). The contract shall also include a provision requiring the establishment to offer medical care and paid sick leave to the worker (Art. 6). |
