The text of article 2 of the original decision is replaced with the text of Art. 1 of this decision: A foreign worker has the right to transfer to another employer if his contract or residence period expires (whichever comes first), or if the job for which he was recruited is completed or if the establishment for which he is working is closed for business. A foreign worker may also transfer to another employer while his contract with his current employer is still valid, without the latter’s permission, as long as the following conditions are met:
