Art. 2 lists the conditions for granting a manpower supply agency license to an applicant, which include but not limited to, being a Bahraini citizen and committing to provide adequate accommodation to these workers in accordance with their number and sex and the applicable laws. Art. 5 lists the commitments of a person licensed to establish a manpower supply office. The licensee must deposit the sum of 200 BD for every work permit issued to him as a guarantee, in addition to the work permit fee paid to the Labour Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA) (Art. 6). Art. 8 lists the conditions under which a license may be cancelled. |
