The decision mandates the formation of a medical committee comprised of doctors employed by the Ministry of Health (Art. 1). The Committee shall be responsible for verifying the physical fitness of foreign workers and the absence of any infectious diseases in accordance with the procedures outlined in Decision No. 11 of 1976 (Art. 2). |
