Abstract

The Guide of Procedures for Correcting Situations of Breach of Law No. (19) of 2006 Regarding the Regulation of the Labour Market, attached hereto shall come into force (Art. 1). The fees prescribed for the issuance and renewal of work permits issued as per the applicable Ministerial Orders at the time of issuance the Law of Labour Market Regulation, which do not contradict with its provisions shall apply (Art. 2). |
