Abstract

The following new paragraph shall be added to article 23 of Law No. 19 of 2006 Regulating the Labour Market: “c- The employer is prohibited from submitting data, information or documents which are false in order to obtain a work permit without having a real need for it, moreover the employer may not retain a work permit that is no longer needed.” (Art. 1).
