Abstract

Art. 1 of this decision stipulates that work without a rest period – provided the employer commits to allowing workers to eat and drink or rest while working in a way organized by the establishment’s administration – in the following cases and tasks:
1. Non-stop work activities in which a shift system is implemented 2. Work in public facilities and communications 3. Administrative and office work activities 4. Working in airline offices, airports and harbors. 5. Working in hospitals, clinics and other treatment facilities 6. The plastic industry 7. Cinemas and theatres 8. Bakeries 9. Working in pharmacies 10. Commercial representatives and door-to-door representatives performing work outside of the establishment at which they are employed. |
